To The Girl Whose Boyfriend Just Cheated On Her, YOU DESERVE BETTER So Don't Think About Taking Him Back

It hurts.

You trusted him.

You miss him.

He was your best friend.

You saw your future with the minivan and picket fence so clearly.

And he betrayed you.

All of those dreams were instantly shattered.

I know it hurts and you would give anything to have him back, to be in his arms again or kiss his lips one last time because at least this time you know it will be the last.

I know you have already heard it a million times, but it takes time. You will heal. He will gradually become a distant memory and you will get happier.

And once everything gets better and you are finally happy and thriving, he will reappear.

He'll say he's sorry, that he will never do it again and that he loves you and only you and you believe him?

To be honest, he's probably saying that to three other girls as well.

Do not give yourself the chance to reopen that wound, you are better off without him.

You will find a better man who loves you and treats you like you deserve.

Do not settle.

Sometimes we are blinded by love and ignore the red flags because our love and admiration for that person is so strong. We ignore the fact that we are settling and deny it because we will do anything to be with that person.

If you go back to the boy that hurt you, there is a good chance that he will break your heart again. Do not put yourself through that again.

Getting your heart broken hurts. It literally feels like your heart has been shattered into a million pieces. You know how it feels and you know it hurts. Just because you have healed and you are happy now, does not mean that can change in an instant. One word, one text message, or one phone call can instantly change your mood. He can break your heart in a matter of seconds. He has done it before, and he will do it again.

Do not fall for his lies or play his games. The best thing to do is quit while your ahead and send him packing. He is not worth it and you can do better. You deserve better.

Trust me I've been there, and I am in the same position you are, I want him back too, but deep down I know that he is not the one for me. I know that there is someone better out there and that he will come into my life when the time is right. Going back to my ex will only cause more hurt.

I know that it is best to stay hopeful and that he is an ex for a reason, and it is time to move on. It is time to accept reality and have hope for Gods plans to bring someone better who will make you the happiest you've ever been.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
