Six reasons why he's a keeper

#RelationshipGoals

So, for those of you that don't know, I adore my boyfriend. Although we drive each other crazy, we stick together through the ups and the downs and somehow make it all work out. It's rare to find someone that loves and accepts you unconditionally for who you are; so when you do find that person, don't let go!

Here are a few things that make a guy a keeper;

He listens to you

whether it's about the latest episode of your favorite girly Netflix drama, or why "so and so" is such a raging bitch, he's always there for a good venting session. That's not to say that it goes in one ear and out the other though-- when it comes to the important stuff he's even more attentive and interested in what you have to say. He wants to hear you out.

He isn't embarrassed by you

From silly nicknames for each other, your overwhelming selfie photo shoots everywhere you two go, painting your nails, having to deal with your extra emotional drunk or PMS-ing self, to the mushy lovey dovey posts you make about him, this guy will go through any form of public humiliation if he knows it makes you happy.

His family is the sh*t

This one here is definitely one of the most important ones on my list because after all, nobody wants to deal with a potential future monster-in-law. If you find a guy with a kickass fam, and they like you, then honey; you are golden.

He shows emotion

I think one of the sweetest things a guy can do is open up to you and show you his sensitive side! And let me assure you this, there is nothing more satisfying-- I mean, uh, touching, then seeing your man cry. A guy willing to pour his heart out to you is a guy worth having in your life; he really does care. Plus nobody wants some shallow macho douche anyways

He's got a killer personality

Wherever he goes, he's the life of the party. He's charming, funny, confident and damn is he sexy! He knows how to work a crowd and let's be honest, every guy wants to be him and every girl wants to be his (sorry ladies!). When he's not being a charmer at a social gathering, he's making your mom fall in love with him... But not even on purpose. He's the farthest thing from an ass kisser, he just has an infectious, loving, and welcoming personality that you can't help but be drawn to. Don't let him fool you though, he may be go-with-the-flow, but he's not afraid to stand up for himself or you for that matter– he doesn't take sh*t from anyone, and he tells it like it is.

He loves you even when you go bat sh*t crazy & you love him when he's a clueless idiot

"Who tf is this and why are you liking her picture" or the other fan favorites "Where is it? Who's there? When are you leaving? Why are you taking so long to respond?" Even though you have the most trustworthy, loyal, loving and amazing guy who's just as equally obsessed with you, you're a girl AKA you are most likely insane and will chew his head off for just about anything, but he loves you anyways. You gotta hand it to this guy for keeping his cool (most of the time!) and putting up with your bs on the reg. Sure he's made some dumb decisions that piss you off, but he would never do anything intentionally to hurt you, so try and cut him some slack.... but let him know who's boss when the times right. You both keep each other in check.

All in all, if you've found someone that you can be your complete and utterly weird and dysfunctional self with yet somehow at the end of the day want some "sexy time" then by George I think you've got it!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
