There is a lot more planning, coordinating, and exhausting effort that goes into a "night out" than first meets the eye. It's more of a process than an action. All college students get it - going out is a struggle that, sometimes, just isn't worth the physical and mental exertion. Nevertheless, we always make it happen.

Here are the 21 stages of going out, as told by the most beautiful man in the world.

1. Laying in bed, contemplating if it's really worth it to get up.

2. Remembering that you have severe FOMO.

3. Rallying your friends.

4. Deciding on what to wear is stressful af.

5. Figuring out plans with friends who have no idea how to properly communicate.

6. Realizing that you should've just stayed in bed.

7. Going out anyways.

8. Becoming best friends with your Uber driver.

9. Starting to feel yourself in the bar.

10. Going from ~tipsy~ to HAMMERED reallllll quick.

11. When your song comes on.

12. When your OTHER song comes on.

13. Running into your ex...

14. ...and then seeing who they're hooking up with.

15. Finding a new best friend.

16. Avoiding gross dudes at the bar.

17. Watching your friends make some regrettable decisions.

18. But also encouraging them to make regrettable decisions...like jumping into the pool at Recess.

19. Somehow ending up singing karaoke.

20. Going to McDonald's and eating your bodyweight in nuggets.

21. Going to bed and forgetting all of those embarrassing Snapchats that you posted on your story until it's too late.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
