Today's world of dating typically involves late night texts and weird Tinder messages, but it rarely involves romantic dates or deep conversations. There was a time, however, when dating was much different. It was not full of daily "what's up" or "how are you" messages. It was face-to-face communication, giving way to deeper, and even controversial, conversations.
