Now, this one is for the men out there. Some of you act very odd after a break-up and guess what? Us girls can pick up on it and you look pathetic most of the time, but hey girls, we can do the same thing. Here are some rules I've made for myself to help me with past break-up's that could potentially help one of you!

1. Do delete their number, no matter how hard it is.

Get rid of it, do a spring cleaning of your phone (even if it's not spring yet).

2. Don't try and make them jealous.

It will turn into a huge fight and you won't be happy you hurt them again.

3. Don't break up with them over text.

Don't hit the lowest of lows.

3. Do unfollow on EVERYTHING.

If you keep checking on their socials, heads up, you still want them. Don't block though because then you look petty.

4. Don't stalk their new girlfriends/boyfriends Instagrams or Twitters.

You'll only hurt more than you did before.

5. Don't talk to them, or even text them.

Yup, you heard me.

6. Don't even send that "I miss you." text.

You'll look very stupid.

7. Do remove everything about them from your life immediately.

Waiting only makes it harder.

8. And, don't even try to do the "let's be friends" thing.

It get's really complicated.

9. Do have at least one friend follow them on their social media's.

Because everyone does get nosy, it's better if your friends follow them because then you aren't checking up on them everytime they pop into your mind.

10. Don't subtweet.

Just don't, it's stupid.

11. Don't put yourself down.

Remember your self-worth. That's the most important part.

12. Do take some time for yourself.

This doesn't mean skip school to lay in bed and cry, but spoil yourself. Buy yourself nice and new or even go for a haircut or get your nails done. YOU time is very helpful during the healing process.

13. Don't stop going to social events.

If you know they're going to be there, still, go. Don't hide away, show them that you moved on and you are happy with where you stand (even if it's hard).

14. Do spend time with family and friends.

They will be there by your side to help you heal.

Good luck, not that you'll need it but just because I liked to hear it too.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
